We have designed a straightforward sign-up process. To use Collie, you create a Collie account and connect it to a Mollie account, or create a Mollie account directly.
Payments are routed via Mollie, so during your sign-up process you can either link your existing Mollie account or create a new one.
No, Collie combines our 20+ years of experience in payment reminders with AI technology to generate the best reminder sequence possible to maximise your invoice recovery.
Collie sends out automated voice reminders, so your customers receive a phone call informing them about the open invoice. This is a very effective channel for payment reminders. Collie uses a local phone number for maximum trust.
Collie sends out payment reminders via e-mail on your behalf. Collie sends payment reminder e-mails from a Collie e-mail address that also includes your company name, i.e. noreply@yourcompany.collie.collectmaxx.io.
Inside our portal you find a dashboard that allows you to track payment reminders as well as payments, so you always know which invoices have already been paid.
